Elite membership is 100% free if you qualify and will give you bonuses for shopping and completing surveys!
1. You can qualify for Elite by successfully completing 75 surveys in a quarter. If you successfully complete 100 or more, you'll be eligible for the following bonuses:
Complete 75-99 surveys in a quarter for a $2 bonus
Complete 100-149 surveys in a quarter for a $10 bonus
Complete 150-199 surveys in a quarter for a $15 bonus
Complete 200 or more surveys in a quarter for a $20 bonus
With 3 daily surveys available, plus additional targeted surveys as they become available, these bonuses are very achievable! And keep in mind, these bonuses are in addition to what you're already paid for completing the surveys!
2. You can also qualify for Elite by making at least 5 purchases of $10 or more during the quarter (after coupons and before tax and shipping). This includes purchases at eBay. If you place more than 5 orders of $10, you'll receive a bonus as follows on any orders after your fifth:
$0.25 bonus for orders between $10 and $99.99
$0.50 bonus for orders between $100 and $499.99
$1.00 bonus for orders of $500 or more
Please note that Amazon purchases are excluded from meeting Elite requirements, as well as for Elite bonuses, as we are not allowed to incentivize Amazon purchases in any way. Also, while the purchases of gift cards will count toward the 5-purchase minimum to maintain Elite status, they do not count toward bonuses, as our profit margin on gift cards is too slim. Yes, manually credited shopping orders count for both meeting Elite requirements and for bonuses on orders after your fifth.
Regardless of HOW you qualify for Elite -- by completing 100+ surveys or by making 5+ $10 shopping orders -- all Elite members receive double tokens for the quarter, as well as the exclusive ability to cash out tokens for gift cards!
At the end of the quarter (after 9/30/09), please email support to claim your survey and/or shopping bonuses!
If you're not Elite and you met the requirements last quarter (or when you do meet them THIS quarter), please email support to get signed up! If you are already a member of Elite, you don't have to re-request it the following quarter as long as you've met the eligibility requirements. We will allow a grace period for meeting Elite requirements on a case-by-case basis (email support for more information).
We hope that you're as excited about these changes as we are! Thank you to ALL of our members for your support of QuickRewards.net -- where we work hard to live up to our name!
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Why can't Amazon purchases of $10+ be counted toward our Elite requirements? Because this would be providing an incentive for people to shop through our Amazon link, and Amazon would cancel our account. We would if we could! It stinks, but it's not our rule; it's theirs. :(
2. Why do we have to email you after the quarter to request our Elite bonus? Our software is not yet set up to do this, and before we dedicate the programming resources to automatically credit bonuses, we need to finalize the terms and benefits of Elite, which we keep tweaking.
3. Why DO you keep changing Elite terms and benefits? We're working hard to find a system that motivates, and is attainable, but is financially feasible for us. We wish we could give everybody $100 a quarter just for being nice folks -- because you are! -- but that would put us in bankruptcy! So we're looking for a balance that keeps us in the black while rewarding you for income-generating activities. Your input helps a lot -- we'll probably continue to revise Elite until we get a system that we're all happy with!
4. Why is it so hard for me to qualify for a survey? Why do I spend 5 or 10 minutes on a survey and then it disqualifies me? These things are determined by the companies that provide the surveys to us. Some demographics are more desirable to the businesses paying for the surveys than others -- for example, a company looking for opinions on diapers isn't going to need the opinions of a single childless man in his 60s. As for why it takes so long for them to determine they don't need your opinion after all -- it may be poor survey design, or it may be that they really need THAT in-depth of a screener before accepting you into the full survey. Please understand that this is beyond our control and we get frustrated with it, too! Keep trying!
5. Do manual survey credits count toward Elite? Unfortunately, no. There is no way of tracking survey completions that aren't reported back to us by the survey companies. On occasion, we'll offer a member a goodwill credit, but to avoid fraud, we can't count these toward the Elite requirements. Shopping orders that aren't automatically tracked CAN be researched and manually credited (though it may take a few emails back and forth with the merchant to do this), which is why they can be counted toward Elite.
6. How do I know how many surveys I've completed this quarter? Go to My Account, Offer History, and under Elite Progress Bar you'll see how many surveys you've done!
7. If I don't meet Elite requirements, do I need to email you to let you know? No. All Elite member accounts are manually reviewed each quarter and existing Elite members who met the prior quarter's requirements will be extended, while those who didn't will be taken down to Regular status. If you didn't meet the past quarter's requirements due to extenuating circumstances, we allow a grace period on a case-by-case basis. Email support for more info.
Other questions? Please email support, and we'll get back with you and update this FAQ if necessary.
